Full Moon Circles

Connecting to the full moon invites us into a mysterious, dreamy state, amplifying what is within our imagination. The full moon is illuminating the hidden parts in us, the sub- or unconscious, shadows and dreams. We are invited into introspection and review what what has emerged and manifested since the new moon. As we journey inwards, we allow our inner wisdom to surface and reveal to our conscious mind what needs to be released, transformed and/or celebrated.

I’m designing each full moon circle in relation to the astrological constellation of the moon of the moment and together we tune into what is needed within this moment of contemplation. The ceremony consists of tuning in, sharing, guided trance or meditation, movement and voice practices, music and dance, with the intention to share this moment while we find clarity and guidance on our paths.
