Rituals of Relation

Rituals of Relation explore how we can attune to the cycles of the seasons, the movements of the sun, moon, and planets, and the relational and environmental fields we inhabit. These practices create conditions for reflection, embodiment, and creative emergence, helping us perceive how personal states of being are intertwined with the rhythms of the natural world and the energies around us. We engage with cyclical and transitional moments—solstices, equinoxes, full moons, or personal milestones—as invitations to pause, observe, and tune into what is emerging within ourselves and our communities.

These collective gatherings are designed in response to the current moment: the seasonal context, astrological constellation, personal event and relational field present. Practices include attuning to the body and breath, exploring vocal resonance, moving intentionally, and engaging in shared improvisation and listening.

In addition to group rituals, I design personalized ceremonies for transitions, celebrations, or significant life events, integrating embodied practices, imagery, and sound to create meaningful experiences that support reflection, transformation, and connection.

These rituals are grounded in the understanding that we are always in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the environments we inhabit. Through attentive, embodied engagement with cycles and fields of influence, we cultivate perceptual sensitivity, relational awareness, and the capacity for emergent insight and creative expression.
